Bathroom refurbishment for hotel groups
2,000 hotel bathrooms.
Refurbished to one standard.
Sani-Consult refurbishes hotel bathrooms in live, operating properties across Ireland, the United Kingdom, Gibraltar and Germany. International groups have kept awarding us the next property for over twenty years — because the last handover held up.

International delivery.

01 / Scale
Built for programmes,
not single bathrooms.
A refurbishment programme is not a bigger version of one bathroom. It is procurement, logistics, sequencing and labour planned as one thing. We run several properties at once, in different countries, with our own site teams and one point of accountability.
- 01Several properties running in parallel
- 02Our own installation teams on site
- 03Procurement and logistics from one source
- 04One point of contact across every property
02 / Consistency
Specified once.
Repeated exactly.
The risk in a multi-property programme is drift: house one is right, house five is nearly right. We hold the specification centrally — same products, same details, same tolerances — and we build a sample bathroom first — it sets the standard everything else is measured against.
- Hotels
- Care facilities
- Accessible bathrooms
- Public areas
- Apartment projects
- New-build projects

03 / Rooms out of service
Rooms back on sale
while we are still on site.
Every day a room is down costs you the rate. We work in short, fixed cycles so floors return to sale while the refurbishment is still running — and your operations team always knows which rooms are down next week.
- Week −8
Sample bathroom
We build one bathroom to the agreed standard. Nothing moves on until the operator, the design team and the cost consultant have signed it off.
- Week −4
Survey and specification
We measure the rooms as built, not as drawn, and fix the specification against the approved sample — before anything is ordered in volume.
- Week −1
Materials on site
Deliveries staged and stored so the first floor can start without waiting on a pallet.
- Week 0
Installation begins
Room by room on a fixed cycle. Your operations team gets the schedule of which rooms are down and when.
- Rolling
Handover
Each finished room is checked, photographed and handed back. Floors return to sale as we go.
Timings are indicative and agreed per property.
04 / Working with your team
We fit into the team
you already have.
Most of our projects run alongside a main contractor, a cost consultant and the hotel’s own operations team. We are used to that structure — we report into it rather than around it, and we raise the awkward questions early enough that someone can still act on them.
- Main contractors
- Quantity surveyors
- Project managers
- Architects and designers
- Hotel operations teams
- Other trades on site
05 / Evidence and documentation
Documented before
anyone asks for it.
On a live hotel site, paperwork decides when you are allowed to start. We arrive with the documentation the main contractor and cost consultant need — and we leave a complete record behind for the operator.
- Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
- Public and employer’s liability insurance
- Slip resistance certification to British and European standards
- Product data sheets and technical approvals
- Room-by-room quality checks and sign-off
- Photographic records and handover documentation
